application form and send to Nursery Traders.
I/We agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of sale, as amended from time to time,
and as displayed by Nursery Traders on this web site or such other website as Nursery
Traders notifies to the Certified Client for that purpose. I/We acknowledge that
only authorized purchaser/s are permitted entry to Nursery Traders premises
and that the issue of our Cerified Client Accreditation Card to unauthorized
parties may lead to the cancellation of our Accreditation. Nursery Traders is entitled
to act upon orders made and instructions given by the person or persons nominated
by the Certified Client in this Accreditation Application as Authorised Purchasers
or otherwise nominated using a Change/Update of Accreditation Details form from
time to time, regardless of whether orders or instructions are given in writing,
verbally or via electronic means, including via the Internet. I/We acknowledge that
this Accreditation Application will be accepted upon the issue of a Certified Accreditation
Card by Nursery Traders.
Should this Accreditation not be used during a period of six (6) months it
will be necessary to re-apply for Accreditation.
